The sake range named after such natural beauty, presents a number of sake which are elegant and composed, but with very global and innovatve approach. Keigetsu’s John Sparkling Sake was IWC 2016 Trophy winner for sparkling sake category.

Tosatsuru, Japanese sake, is brewed from high grade rice and fresh water with the skillful technique of Sake Master “Toji”.
The origin of Tosa-Tsuru Brewery goes back to 1773, members of the founding Hiromatsu family have faced many hardships, yet have always followed their principle of “Quality comes first, to produce Sake we can be proud of”.
